Our client is an international online gaming company
In order to take operational control of the Retention Campaign Strategy across the Italian speaking markets, they wish to recruit an Italian speaking Client Retention Manager. Your role, which will report to the Country Manager for Italy, will include the following duties and responsibilities:
Operational ownership of the Campaign/Retention Promotional strategy for the Italian language website To become a super-user across all Retention tools (ESP, CMS, Admin, Reporting, Promotions Engine) Optimisation of a Multi Channel /Multi Wave campaign strategy across Email, DM, SMS, Website personalisation & Tele-Marketing Develop and maintain all Planning, Budgeting, Testing and Reporting Documentation Manage the testing strategy and report back to the business on findings and next steps from any insight Create and distribute promotional briefs Work closely with the Customer Support, Chat Teams and Acquisition on a frequent basis To guarantee the quality of all processes and execution
CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE / SKILLS
Fluency in Italian is essential Solid online gaming or ecommerce experience in a Retention or Product focused discipline Knowledge of Italian promotional regulations is a preference but not essential Customer-centric with an understanding of Retention Strategies Knowledge of online gaming products Extremely organised with a passion to drive optimisation through quantitative insight Highly literate and numerate Familiar with MS Office software Willingness to travel to group offices in various locations Ability to build strong working relationships with people across the business
