Helpdesk - Service Desk - Basic SAP Knowledge To provide first line support to our clients user base. Successful applicant will have excellent all round IT skills. Previous knowledge of SAP and how IT works would be a big advantage. A background working in 1st line support. Solid communications are essential. Ability to work under own initiative and manage scheduled tasks in a constructive and orderly manner.
