High Frequency Engineering (Unix/Linux & Networks) - London - Investment Bank - ? Excellent Salary
My client is a leading Investment Bank who seek a Lead Engineer to manage their High Frequency Infrastructure team. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for the global ownership of the High Frequency Engineering roadmap for multiple business groups. as a result this position will require a in depth technical knowledge across multiple domains (Operating systems, networks, storage, middleware, etc) along with a strong understanding of technical solutions and design within a High Frequency environment.
The individual will be expected to have in depth knowledge and experience of the following:-
High performance computing
High Frequency Engineering
Grid Computing
In depth knowledge of Unix/Linux Platforms
Strong knowledge of Networking Infrastructures
Knowledge of Market Data Feeds, Trading Flows, etc
Some knowledge of software development C/C++, Java, etc
