Your first role Operations Co-ordinator (OPS) allows you to learn the intricacies of the business and ensures the general operations of the company run smoothly.
As Operations Coordinator you will have to coordinate the processes and functions of 3 consultancy divisions specialising in different markets giving you varied experience. Throughout the training scheme you will monitor the different markets and work on different projects for each, and learn how to manage them accordingly.
