A New Career with Real Prospects
With a reputation for providing high quality care and supported housing, Hightown is a successful charitable organisation and one of the Sunday Times 100 best places to work in the public/third sector 2011.
We enable people to increase their independence and get the most out of life by providing care, support and encouragement.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop a variety of skills and knowledge of housing management, in a diverse and friendly organisation.
You will be provided with all the support you need to take on various roles within Short Term Supported Housing, Mental Health and Learning Disability schemes and will gain first hand experience of front line operations.
The skills you develop will provide you with a thorough understanding of the practical and care requirements of vulnerable people, while adding value to our services. For the right applicant, this could help achieve line management responsibility.
To be successful in this rewarding and challenging environment, you will need a degree, together with excellent Microsoft Office, project management and report writing skills.
Well organised and highly self motivated, you will be a great team player with an empathy and respect for service users, combined with the ability to achieve results.
In addition to this great career opportunity, we offer generous holiday allowance, CARE Pension & associated benefits.
