Location - Guernsey (Channel Islands). To assist in all aspects of the administration for a wide range of onshore and offshore funds which may include trusts, limited partnerships and companies.
Background knowledge of entities worked on
Ensure that documentation is complete, recorded and filed as appropriate.
Has a basic understanding of the Guernsey legislation as it effects entities under administration i.e. Guernsey Company Law, POI and FNCC legislation.
