Role to prepare the restaurant for service and to serve food and beverages to guests. Involves a high level of customer contact and incorporates breakfast, lunch and dinner service, room service and any conference and events business. A food service related SVQ (or equivalent) is beneficial but not essential as full training will be given. The successful candidate will be friendly, approachable with a passion for customer service. Will work 5 days out of 7.
