Key Tasks and Responsibilities • Assist in recruitment of new members of staff for field collections and train up these poeple to company policy, also making sure they hit the cash collection targets • Delivery of one to one’s/reviews/feedback/performance management to ensure that company standards are met. This will be managed through sourcing, interpreting and acting upon data, overseeing both positive and negative feedback to field, policies and procedures.
