Award-winning full service digital communications agency which a host of highly profitable brands in their black book, seek an Account Director to represent the full needs of their clients. You will currently be an AD or a Senior AM with management experience wanting to work for a great social-media oriented agency. This role also offers the opportunity to create and implement award winning digital strategies that incorporate all relevant platforms; develop strong, senior level client relationships to become a trusted advisor in all areas of digital. Key elements of the role include: * Client Servicing * Business Development * Financial Management * Strategic planning * People Management Role Tasks * Manage a portfolio of clients, taking ownership and responsibility for setting and reviewing their SLAs, P&L of each account and business development * Owning the client brief * Owning senior client relationship * Being ultimately responsible for the client action plan * Business Development * Working with existing clients to identify new opportunities * Owning/developing/identifying 3rd party relationships * Client liaison with pitch work * Brainstorming The Talent * GREAT knowledge of the online marketplace including display, social, video, search, affiliates, email and mobile is needed!
