The successful candidate would be working in a busy call centre dealing with inbound calls regarding customers placing orders, querying orders or invoice's and problem solving.You will need good communication skills and strong customer service experience although a full 2 weeks training will be given. SAP experience is a plus also I.T and administration skills.
Progression within the company encouraged.
