The role predominantly involves answering all the incoming calls from our network of members within the Automotive Industry, discussing and analysing their needs is key to the call as is building up a rapport before directing the call appropriately to one of our departments. An element of administration will be required whereby booking of hotels and updating our in house systems. A chatty, polite, helpful and confident disposition is required along with a desire to go the extra mile with our members. Full product training will be given along with ongoing support although a customer services background is preferred but training can be given. NVQ related qualifications and career progression is possible for the right candidate.
