Duties will include - Calling external businesses chasing outstanding debt. - Taking payments over the phone ie credit card, cheques etc - Updating spreadsheets with activity. - Recording telephone conversations using the internal database. - Reporting overdue's/DSO on a monthly basis. - Building good working relationships with internal departments and external contacts.
