Purpose To organise, develop and implement the delivery of a wide range of civil engineering (using NEC) works contracts and others such as supply and services contracts and associated procurement issues. Ensure full compliance with UK and European legislation, contracts and procurement best practice and procedures and to meet the timescales and achieve savings for TfL in contract placement.
