Job Description
Jawbone is looking for a very organized and detail oriented person to be the Channel Marketing Assistant to the Head of Channel Marketing EMEA AsiaPAC in our London office. He/she will be responsible for assisting the team with coordination and facilitation of the Jawbone marketing vision into fully designed, manufactured, procured and delivered products into the EMEA channel.
The candidate must excel at multi-tasking, be flexible; able to adapt and manage multiple, often changing, priorities/tasks. He/she must work efficiently and effectively both autonomously and in a team environment. We are looking for someone who has an approachable demeanor, has strong customer service orientation and is capable of interfacing professionally with people at all levels.
Responsibilities :
Attend participate on internal/external weekly calls with employees and vendors, organize and maintain meeting notes, communicate updates and changes to EMEA team
Assist and oversee translations database as necessary with both outside vendors and internal language reviewers; confirm all translations for new product launch are complete and timely, monitor assets and ongoing updates, facilitate changes and revisions with marketing materials in the channel as necessary, always ensure translations are updated and reflected in the basecamp database across all countries/languages
Monitor, track and confirm EMEA channel marketing shipments from the US and EMEA offices and/or with third party agencies worldwide; ensure delivery schedules are accurate, timely and confirmed with channel recipient for POS displays, presenters and any other pertinent marketing materials for launches, events, and/or for any other product revisions or enhancements as necessary
Work with sales teams on new channel opportunities; facilitate and assist sales team with launch, events, programs and partnerships as needed
Responsible for tracking invoices and channel metrics, assisting in the reconciliation process which occurs between EMEA sales budgets, finance and third party agencies
Assist with shipping and receiving all office packages, fulfill general administrative office supply orders
Education/Experience:
Degree in Marketing, preferred
2+ years of related consumer marketing experience, preferred
Ability to leverage marketing research and consumer insights as part of developing marketing strategies
Proficient in MS Office
Experience with general office/administrative support
Skills:
A positive, can-do attitude is a must; willing to work on all requests/projects regardless of size or scope
