Experienced caterer and hotel manager with Personal Licence, Advanced Food Hygiene, up to date First Aid Certificate seeking Full Time or Relief Management posts. Over 30 yrs experience in many aspects of catering from hotels to major events centres and care homes to leisure centre catering. I have experience of achieving budgets and P&L preparation, costings, GPCoS, all food and bev service, function catering up to 500 covers etc.
