As an Area Sales Manager you will manage a field based sales team in a B2B environment. Achieving sales, margin and new business targets through effective motivation, training and organization of the team is key. You will work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to recruit & retain the budgeted headcount plan as agreed.
Effectively delivering monthly sales presentations to the team and submitting administration & reports in a efficient manner. Whilst delighting external & internal customers by living the Lyreco values of: Passion, Professionalism, Respect & Excellence.

The Person
We want self motivated people with high levels of resilience. Experience of managing a field based sales team in a B2B environment, with a proven track record of reaching & exceeding targets. Previous experience of working in an industry with 2000+ product lines would be an advantage and the ability to demonstrate managing change. Management qualifications would be desirable.

Basic salary c. £35-40k + OTE £8-12k company car or car allowance/laptop & phone/23 days holiday increasing to 30/private healthcare/pension & great benefits.
