Truro based school require an Assistant Catering Manager to work closely with current Catering Manager and Head Chef, assisting in the delivery, preparation and serving of food and beverages. The role will require the individual to work on functions and catering for VIP's as well as day to day school services. Must be willing to work evenings and weekends This is a full time role, usual working hours will be 13:00-21:00 Mon-Friday
