I have been working for Yorkshire Building Society for last four and half years. I started out as a temporary cashier and developed and furthered my skills to become a Customer Consultant.

Within my current role I meet potential clients to discuss investment opportunities and solutions to fit their needs and requirements. My role requires an outgoing – more... personality and I have built fantastic relationships with my customers

I have used my project management skills to apply discipline and structure to my day. Within my role I manage two cashier staff. I train and build their knowledge around saving products and develop their skills as introducers. In addition, I manage team huddles and sales meeting which focuses on knowledge of products and planning sales strategies. I have used my creative skills to build staff incentives and organise theme events. Within my Area I play a key role in training new Customer Consultant a I show good behaviours within my role.

Working at Yorkshire Building Society for the last four and a half years has given me the opportunity to be a part of great team and I am a valued member of staff.

I believe I have achieved a great deal and worked hard to progress into a higher role. I have shown a great ability to learn and carry out complex tasks.
