A typical day would be coming in and responding to emails. Then, go to a short meeting to get assignments. I gained knowledge of how bankruptcy really works. For the most part, management was knowledgable and supportive. I enjoyed my cowrkers. I knew alot of them from my days with First Union/Wachovia due to the mergers. I was working as a QA analyst there and was doing performance functional, integration, back end and regression testing there.

It's a very organized company, a good place to work where employees are appreciated, respected and nice work-out area after job. Wells Fargo has a good compensation/benefits for his employees and help people for advancement.

A typical day involves opeing accounts, closing account, account maintanance, assisting customers with an issue or concern that they may have. As a personal banker I would help the teller team reach their sales goals as well as myself by engaging the customers in conversations and asking open ended questions to uncover the customers needs.

All of my positions were in retail banking centers. My duties included sales and customer service.

Fast paced and very goal orientated. Learned alot about Corporate banking and the learning never stops. Co workers were very knowledgeable and helpful. The hardest part was getting through the conversions, but even with the challenge, it was worth it. The most enjoyable was the daily doses of confidence the manager would always send.

As a teller at Wellsfargo i learned how to be much more responsible then Im such because being a teller is not an easy job , tellers has the responsibility of having a set of keys in their wrist hanging that allow a series of locks to open and have lots of cash. Nevertheless, while you helping customers you processing their deposits, withdrawals, and – more... letting them know what they're eligible for and better for their interest, closing batches,balancing, giving customers their account balances, greeting customers at all times and so on... – less

It was fun to work there great customer base, however there wasn't much of a work life balance. Sales became so demanding that it was impossible for each employee to achieve set goals.

The company really values it's employees and offer career advancements.

Too much sales pressure. Micro management. No advancement if not producing sales.

Good place to work. Very sales driven environment. Not much opportunity for advancement. I enjoy the clients I have built.

A typical day at work is getting ready to put on the "happy" face and get prepared to better deal with a variety of people throughout the day.
