Caring and enjoyable
Coroners Officer (Former Employee) –  Nuneaton, ENG27 January 2014
Daily working within bereavement sector. Listening and communicating with families who have suffered bereavement. I learned that every person or family have different beliefs and are all equal in their individual needs. Attending post mortem examinations taught me that I am privileged to be able to withstand any situation that I have come into contact with so far in my career.
Management in my personal situation, was regularly changed. Co-workers were very helpful and caring.
Hardest part of the job was having to take on the complete workload personally, when colleagues were on annual leave. This sector of professional service required constant update to all parties concerned on a daily basis, requiring continual investigation.
The most enjoyable part of the job was the desire to help people and work within a professional and public sector employer.
Pros
Assistance and information available at any level
Cons
Long hours outside of contracted hours to ensure full service of department achieved

Good place to work
HR Administrator (Current Employee) –  Warwick, ENG10 August 2013
My current job role at work is planning and organising the Special Constables Assessment Centres which are held at West Mercia Police in Hindlip, Worcester. If candidates have passed the initial CBQ papersift then they will be invited to attend the Assessment Centre. They would then have to sit 2 tests and an interview. If they are successful at this, then the next stage is to attend a fitness test and a medical.

It is very hard work planning and organising the above, but it is well worth it when you see the candidates become Special Constables.

I have great work colleagues we all work well as a team.

Flexible work

Hard work
