Two Shifts, good O.T. The culture there is great. But Management beats down and tries to demoralize the work force.

Pros: benefits, training, and lunchroom.
Cons: everything else.
Worked assembly line. Very physical....almost unrealistic. Pay not as good as up north due to right to work south, but ok. Great benefits if your not a temp. Rotating shifts from AM to PM every 2 weeks,,,,couldn't sleep well. 60hrs/wk. If your young great starter job. Management wasn't compassionate at all.....just work. Great lunchroom, and Training – more... classes – less
