I look after our upper class passengers, ensuring all their needs are met, trying to anticipate their needs before hand. Working with an excellent team of people to make sure safety and security are of the highest levels at all time while delivering the hightest levels of cutomer service.

A day at work would be debriefing the employees that I supervise and they would be assigned to their various allocations and duties. Working in the customer service field was a life long learned experience, such as value, customer service. I really enjoy helping others and the hardest part is that the customer is not always right but the most enjoyable – more... part was satisfaction that I have helped so many people on a regular working day. – less

i love dealing with customers. and trying to help them the best i can. the management needs some working on. i work for a contract that works for Virgin Atlantic. There is alot of favoritism , bribing, selfish stuck up supervisors/managers. its just unfair how they treat there coworkers. Is it probably because they get paid more then we?

Nice management and co-workers always willing to help. Meetings were held every two weeks to check our progress and answer questions and concerns.
