a typical day was varied ,you could either be manufacturing and quality testing, order picking, packing and dispatching, dealing with replenishing or sourcing stock, keeping records ,operating line in linerunners absence, keeping to targets and order specifications

management were engaging when available but sometimes hard to reach when needed, and could have been more helpful with day to day problems associated with work issues.
the people i worked with were varied from many different cutural backgrounds and circumstances. but made for a very enjoyable work atmosphere, easy to get along with and very team sprited with few exceptions
the hardest part of the job was dealing with the constant influx of unskilled workers which recieved no training and were expected to work to the pace of those who had worked there for a good deal of time, making reaching deadlines very hard and quality control difficult
