Customer Service Advisor, Reading - 18 April 2017
Thames Water, Green Park, Reading was a great place to work. With a lovely office building and surroundings, positive and friendly staff throughout different departments and organised shift patterns. A typical day would consist of answering customers calls with information or complaint queries about their water supply or work happening in the area. As a customer service assistant I would follow a script and ask questions to ensure I found the correct solution for the customer and provided the correct information.
