WORKING FOR TGI FRIDAYS WAS AND ENJOYABLE PLACE TO WORK.
THE COMPANY IS A FAST PACE RESTAUNT AND HAD TO BE ON UR TOES AT ALL TIMEAND HAVING THE FOD OUT AT SET TIMES.
THEIR WAS NOTHING HARD ABOUT THE JOB JUST TO REMAIN UNDER PEIR PRESHURE.

TGI is a very up and coming brand with great people who work hard and play hard A typical day at work would be spent in a learning environment coaching and developing both management teams and team members
The majority of my day would be spent delivering practical coaching sessions around food quality, food safety, margin management & kitchen workflow

TGI Friday's is a big company and now there are 56 restaurans with this name in the UK.

i was given a 3 month contract when i began work but was then sacked after 3 shifts because after being given NO training i was magically supposed to be able to carry three plates

my work there was as a line chef and they trained me on all stations apart from one but did not want to certify me for them stations as it ment they had to pay me a higher salary plus there was issues with paying me correct and on time which led to me leaving the job.

A typical day at work is welcoming my guests making sure they have a nice time, helping amd recommending drinks also food. Interacting with my guest to mae sure there statisfied and taking payments through out my shift, keeping my area tidy and helping my team mates.

Working for Fridays is fantastic, working hours are flexible and the management team is one of the best. You can work with and meet a great team that work hard and play hard. There is never a dull day!

Hard work clearing plates ,cleaning it all and making shore there where all was plates , cutlery, dipping bowels .and helping out the stuff where I can . friendship ,trust , helpfulness and responsibly .
the weekend ,or a total up to down clean .but all fun with good people
and a laugh . having good people to work with .

TGI Friday's is a leader in their field, and has great food and great people working there. Being a resturant manager, however is not always compatibe with raising a young child.

Fun to work at as a temporary position til you are ready for your career move.

This location was located at the mall. I enjoyed it at the beginning because I was receiving enough hours, however being there for a year, they cut back on hours and a lot of the times I would have 4 hours a week. I wasn't able to make a living off of 4 hours.

Fun and happy place to work. Management is appreciative and open to talk to

Hostess: seat people, answer phones, organize wait list
Waitress: handle money, bring out food, take orders

A typical day at tgif is alot of fun, the people that work there and the work place itself is alot of fun

Usually, I am never tired even after 10-12 hour shifts. My co-workers make it fun to work there, management makes it easy to work there, I usually deal with great customers. I've learned how to be patient, complete tasks quickly and efficiently, and also multi-task very well. The hardest part of my job is dealing with long ticket times on food from – more... time to time. Other than the occasional kitchen mix up, I enjoy everything else about my job. – less

Clock in and the fun begins. Be the buffer between the service staff and the kitchen staff, while still focusing on the flow of food leaving the kitchen.

Serving people and waiting tables seems like a "blah" kind of job. However, it is very rewarding. Even if the pay isn't what one would like, the people (customers, coworkers, management) make the environment very enjoyable. Though one will have to work hard, feeling all most as if one just left the gym afterward, what one can learn about people, customer – more... service, communication, listening and so many more attributes will help one succeed in life. – less
