Cons: not allowed to talk to co-workers, micromanaging
A lot of micromanaging & counting of 'outbound calls'. It felt like quantity of work over quality. Good customer service did not rank high on the list. Learned a lot about account reconciliation. Management was too obsessed with micromanaging, discouraged any interoffice friendships. Co-workers were clicky, and often promiscuous.
