A fair company expectations have gottan to an unchievable level if you have a family.

Training is very structured and ongoing

I thing the days for work is Monday to Friday, because I worked from Sunday to Thursday
every day I learned about the organization in the job is the most important and the hardest part of the job is work at the night time
I worked 4 years 8 hours at the night time and finally the enjoyable is work in team

Very very poor management. Do not know employment law, try to change the rules of peoples' contract on a daily basis. No patient care in health service. Employ under qualified and under age staff. Treat staff like dirt. Expected to work with no uniform or equipment. Can not get the pay correct. The list goes on.

I worked at Debenhams for this company.

On my first day of illness, I was told by text message 'u need to bring tops back', implying to me that I was fired.

I worked very hard, probably more thoroughly than my Supervisor.

I later learned that my Supervisor had lied about me to her Manager, claiming that I had said that the job was 'boring'.

DO NOT WORK FOR THESE PEOPLE, they are unprofessional in the extreme.

Left to plan and organise your own work load being able to prioritise and organise a team

Daily duties included appoitments in the North East for the Hygiene and Water Division of Rentokil Hygiene.
Cold calling and making of own appoitments was involved as well as leads from incoming calls.
The job was very interesting as dealing with alot of different aspects of the company

It is an enjoyable job with numerous challenges on a daily basis

i hoover and clean tables in a school. Toilet cleaning is sometimes part of my job, we interact with teachers pupils and contractors who are in the school.When the school is closed in holiday periods we deep clean which is tireing .

Answere calls @ call centre to irrate callers

Initial was the first company to give me a job opportunity when I came to England, but now it's time to embrace new challenges working in the area that I really like and have experience.

To clean B&Q shop floor and showrooms on a dayily basis. Early hours working 2/4 hours over 6 days.

Management abit scaty! Head office didnt know i was made redundant, but soon rectified it when i phoned up.

Employed to performance manage multiple client contracts and manage all aspects of the relationship with employees employed on client sites.

Each day i would visit a number of stores meeting store managers walking the stores dealing with any concerns over service leavels doing audits recruitment training meetings with cleaning staff and supervisors, interview and recruit new staff order stock do wages update training records H/Safety audits,making sure all relivent coshh and h/safety paper – more... work is up to date, dealing with outside contractors doing disaplinarys and investigations,recruitment could sometimes difficult and most enjoyable part was making the customer happy and solving any issues in the store – less

Working hours were from 8am to 4:30pm. I have learned a lot about the pest control and hygiene environment. I have learned effective listening and rational thinking. Many of my co-workers are pleasant to work with, however you do have the few that have been trying to work their way to the top and trampling over any one. 1. The day where had a lot of meeting and my work were pile up, no assistance, the only purchaser doing all 5 department purchase of stock.

I have found working for a Worldwide Company was very challenging. Even though I had been in the Industry for 20yrs+ I was able to learn more about Fumigations, the chemicals used, Ministry of Forestry regulations and Interaction with NZ Customs.
Rentokil Initial fumigation department was a great team of people to work with, we all respected each others – more... needs, we made sure that all problems were solved amicably, had Monthly Health and Safety meetings, serviced any problems with equipment, and vehicles.
Our Operations Manager was a very open minded person always taking into consideration those with families but also when he had to pull the rope in so to speak, then he would. OPS Manager always surveyed what we were doing, and what/where our technicians were at all times. We were able to speak to him on a personal level as well as professional, so all in all I loved my job as Service Co-ordinator. – less
