I did work there for some months and it was my first job. So from that scene, it was an amazing journey for my life. I have learned the private company culture from that company at first. And people were around me were so co-operative and frankly. So I did enjoyed those days.

Researh & Development Staff (Current Employee) – Dhaka – 8 September 2013
I have learned here to develop a drug for our local market. We also work for MHRA approval for some products. Actually developing new drugs take long time. Sometimes it takes 1 to 2 years for only one product. After developing a successful product it has to be done the six months stability study of that product. After completing the stability study it will go for scale up batch & commercial batch. It is the hardest part of my job to fix the parameters as like the trial batch or development batch. I have to complete the three successful commercial batch that is called validation batches with relevent documentation to handover the product technology to Production Department. And it is the most enjoyable part of my job to handover a validated product with a validated process.
