I enjoyed working here good team, regional manager and had a great team of managers/peers who where very supportive. Being a manager at RBC and PNC was very difficult because of the staffing models and because of all the expectations. No assistant manager and teller supervisors at PNC did not contribute much support in coaching and performance management
