About Pizza Express
Peter Boizot founded the UK-based PizzaExpress pizza chain in 1965 when he opened the first restaurant in Wardour Street, London. Today the company operates over 300 upscale-casual restaurants that specialise in authentic Neapolitan-style pizzas. Patrons can choose from almost two dozen kinds of thin-crust pies, as well as salads and a selection of – more... antipasti. In addition to its locations in the UK and Ireland (which operate under the Milano name), PizzaExpress has some franchised outposts in a few other countries.
