Temporary Worker (Former Employee), Oxford – March 2, 2013
My time with Office Angels was brief, however, I found them to be an excellent recruitment agency, who found me work immediately, the staff were always friendly and helpful, and were always there if help was needed.
Office Administrator (Former Employee), banbury – February 22, 2013
Pros: tax allowance on fuel and lunches
Office angels are a very efficient Agency. They listen to your working needs and fit you to the most appropriate posts. I am looking for temporary contracts so that I can have flexibility for my family.
Fatory Operator (Former Employee), Sheffield – December 20, 2012
Pros: hour lunches
Cons: long hours
My review for working for Office Angels is it was a fun job to be in where we worked in teams on a production line. I learnt lots of new skills such as how to work in a fast paced environment. The hardest part of the job was when you made a mess of thing and had to fix them which took a long time and the most enjoyable part of the job was when you was – more... well ahead of scheduled targets. – less
Administrator (Current Employee), Nottingham – November 21, 2012
I am currently working in the continuing care department looking into and collating records for the NHS to review claims that the residential care for certain residents should have been funded by the NHS.
Pros: bonus scheme gave security at end of the contract
Cons: unsociable hours
Worked on a six month contract, Office Angels were on hand to support me throughout.
I went into the job from an apprenticeship and it was by far the biggest company I'd ever worked for, it showed me the type of thing to expect from a typical work place, I learnt skills that will stay with me for future jobs and I met some amazing people.
The hardest – more... part of the job was explaining to candidates why we were asking for certain bits of information, but the most enjoyable part was knowing we were working towards something the whole world would get to see. – less
Administrator (Current Employee), Stockton – June 13, 2012
Pros: subsidised meals and petrol allowence
Cons: long hours
I generally start an hour early to get a few extra hours in for the week, i always hit my targets of phonecalls per day and almost hit my target for sign offs. I learned alot about how strict the background checks are and how important the work we do is. The management is great, my team leader always hands out sweets to the team on a friday which i – more... think really keeps the spirits up. My co-workers are very chatty but i like that because i enjoy talking to people. We always have a laugh between working. The hardest part of the job is being shouted at down the phone by people and having to stay calm while they do it. But i really enjoy talking to the nice applicants, alot of them are really sweet. – less
Warehouse Operative (Former Employee), Bracknell – May 17, 2012
Pros: the assignment was good in general.
Cons: shouldn't have come to an end so soon.
Started an assignment for this agency in August 2011, they sent me to Travelex in Frimley. I started off doing money counting, but then I was transfered to the Mailroom do assist with the weighing, scanning and packing of money packages ready for delivery to various businesses. The job was OK, the management appreciated my help, byt thought I was worthless – more... and didn't want me around. the work was easy, there weren't any difficult parts in the job, the co workers were OK, shame about the management. – less
