i enjoyed working for the company all staff were freindly and easy to speak to i learned alot while i worked for them and would work with them again if a job come up.

I worked as a collector. The company's goals and procedures did not meet my expectations from an employer.

I worked there for 3 months and while I was there it was very stressful. They gave all of the good accounts to the people who were there the longest. I was fired because I didn't collect enough money. That wasn't a bad thing because I felt a big relief after I left.

A typical day at NES was calling people all day to try and collect money from them. We would do anything from trying to get the balance in full all the way to a settlement of 100$. The client that I represented was Pinochle Credit. They are a third party agency that buys small claims and cases like Verizon Wireless. It is very difficult to get a hold – more... of someone when they don't have a cell phone. It is also hard to get someone to pay their bill when most of them are unemployed, or they are struggling financially in today's economy. Then along with having your management team always on your back trying to push you to collect money makes it worse. It put pressure on you when they tell you "your not good enough for this job" or "if you don't get money this week your fired" The only thing thing that gets your through the day is the co-workers telling you that you are ok. They are the ones that encourage you. Yes NES does pay well and has great benefits to come along with it. It is a very stressful environment that I just couldnt take. I grew up in an environment that I was yelled at and treat bad which is why I left this job. It was hard for me to handle and get use to again. – less

They nes hired me as a electrician
If you like too travel this might be for you ,then they paid ok(monthly) plus per diem your own hotel room. phone laptop with a chance to go home sometimes
work wasnt that hard for a electrician, brush up on it cabinet grounding bonding

I feel if nes – more... got rid of the of the electrical contractor they hired then and brought in all there own electricians they would have been better off more team work less hostile hopefully this has changed – less

This is a very high pace environment.. but it was worth it bc you make a lot of money!

I worked hard for this company. I was very dedicated and missed much of my 2 oldest kids growing up. I was let go after suffering a work comp injury.
