Healthcare assistant (Current Employee) –  Milton Keynes23 May 2016
Having worked in the Hospital. it can be stressful you see and work with patients from all backgrounds competing priorities are needed to help patients.

Some managers are not respectful to lower grade staff.

it can be hard to work as part of a team when others do not wish too.

Hardest part of any job is when patients are dying or come in to the department with a overdose.

It is worth the hard work when patients are respectful to you and are thankful.
Pros
Getting presents from patients and thank you cards.
Cons
long hours with no thanks.
