Not the greatest culture. Management often disconnected with what's happening on the floor. Wasted money on frivolous items and then complained about budgets, resulting in increased work hours and people doing tasks not in their job descriptions resulting in injuries. People scared to report issues and safety concerns for fear of getting in trouble
