too many family members covering up for other family members. Iv known people fall asleep on night shift and nothing gets said as they were the son of a manager

A twelve hour shift comprising of daily duties to new installs.

The company cared about employees. If noticed you are good, they pushed you and helped develop. Good salary, hard work but I felt appreciated.

Insufficient training activities, Challenging jobs are provide, new innovation

A typical day at Johnsons began with a production meeting, at the start of shift with the team leader. This was to inform us of the days activities.

In my time at Johnsons i learnt how to manufacture car seats in a highly productive environment.

Management were helpful and encouraging.

I got on well with my fello work collegues and I am still in – more... contact with them.

The hardest part of the job was being made redundant.

i started work at johnson controls in feburary 1998 i was 17,i left 4 personal reasons on october 2012,it was making car seats with metal parts,i run a machine and i had a count to do every day,most days i hit my count depending on machines going down,ive only had 1 job in my life and the management and co workers was brilliant,there was no hardest – more... part of the job because i new most jobs there and i could walk on and do the count with no problems or quality concerns,i really enjoyed my job there working as a team but i left for personal reasons – less

Manage sound running of our BBC contract. I have learned a great deal from other people around me things like working on new equipment and how to work and deliver for customers. This firm lacks in the management department its papered over with us engineers on the ground working together and show hard work and good inititive. Th hardest part of my job – more... is having spares delivered on sit on time. My role involved packing and buffing car cushion parts for alotof car company.

A day in the life at Johnson Controls involved oracle database, lotus notes, checking emails, provideing high quality customer service at all times.

Learned new things on a daily basis with reference to jobs needed, companies required by requestors.
I cannot say what the hardest part of the – more... job entailed as it did not seem to affect my dailky workload there was always someone on hand if you were unsure of anything.

My role had the usual month end structures but also included adhoc requirements that interrupted your routine to provide varied challenges. I learned to anticipate and be ready for changes, both in terms of systems and client requirements. What was great about the job was that I had opportunity to show my ability to work on my own, use my own initiative – more... but also had good scope to work as part of a very broad team, often co-ordinating areas that had no detailed finance knowledge. Upper management is not caring people. Very political and constant changes. Lots of stress and unrewarding.
