Thrive on a fast paced environment where challenges change constantly.
Senior Commodity Exotics Analyst (Current Employee), Canary Wharf – November 23, 2012
My Controls/Projects expertise, strategic outlook and interpersonal abilities make me a strong candidate for the BA/Projects role.
A new opportunity is sought to leverage my existing strengths to support a team’s business and growth initiatives. Working within a Controlled environment ensured constant interaction with trading and various Business partners – more... in an extremely fast paced, high volume setting. Furthermore, my experience through Controls, Projects to BA enabled me to present my problem solving and leadership skills especially during the Risk platform migration. This has definitely taught me how to effectively interact with individuals and teams in a dynamic and professional setting whilst ensuring target state architecture (TSA) had been met in line with the Target Operating Model (TOM).. – less

Pros: good money and peoples to work with.
Cons: as time went on management got worse.
Typical day at work is busy and sometimes could be stressful. What i have learned from this job is that respect and teamwork are very important. We have gone through many merges with other banks. As time went on management changed and was not as good as my previous manager's and supervisor. We all got along and worked together i treated them with respect.The – more... hardest part of the job is just handling the stress of the job because sometimes mannagement don't undersatnd the work flow.I think the most enjoyable part of the job is being able to help our customers. – less

LEAD TELLER (Current Employee), Walnut, Ca – May 21, 2013
I have been working for the company for 4 years now and before I became a parent I wanted to make a career out of it. They offer great benefits and quick advancement. However they do not work well with a balance between work and personal life.

Teller (Current Employee), Palm Harbor, FL – May 21, 2013
My managers are all right, but there isn't really a great sense of advancement. It seems like you have to be there a very long time for you to be considered and even then, you'd have to change positions entirely. If you're starting off at 20 hours, you'll stay at 20 hours unless you help elsewhere.
