CUSTOMER CALL ASSISTANT (Former Employee) – Edinburgh, City of Edinburgh – 7 September 2017
It was fine, great people, but I didn't work there for long. I came across the position and thought it would be perfect for me. I am passionate about communicating, especially creative new strategies and campaigns, and I think I could really be an asset to your company.

Very bad management making poor decisions. There is a need to get some people who are capable of good management.
Complete overload on staff who do nothing in terms of bringing in work and enhancing the reputation of the University.
Who had the brilliant idea of building a hugely expensive sports centre that will never be used? And then to make up for it start making people who have served the University well redundant. Disgraceful.
Research Assciate (Former Employee) – Riccarton Edinburgh – 23 January 2017
Heriot-Watt is a great place to work, but this particular CICCS Group has a very poor management. They wont give you freedom to think and act, although they are looking for PhDs. The treatment to RAs is very unfair by the management, and the whole group is disintegrated because there is no trust within the group. The work environment is so much tensed, and have witnessed when people start resigning, PhD students failed in their First year review, etc etc. It is very disappointing experience, because as an RA you are trying to put your best, but i felt all the energy is wasted, and you wont receive any appreciation at all, which is the booster for the motivation of the good work. In addition, they wont even put good word for you to succeed somewhere else.
Act as first point of contact with enquires regarding graduation and matriculation, provide guidance to staff and students where required and deal with general enquires via telephone, email and reception.
I am currently studying for a degree in Business management at university and am entering year 3 in September. The culture at the university is supportive and encouraging and, because it is a small business school, staff have the time to spend with students to help them with their studies
