Working in the healthcare industry is interesting. You will see things you probably never imagined. I got close to alot of the residence. It makes you want to help people. I tried to always make sure my staff was very polite toward the residents after all they don't really want to be there. It is a good experience and I would not mind working in this – more... type of environment again. Better have good walking shoes. – less
