Definitely wasn't an easy job especially as time goes on. The pressure can get a bit too much, due to management choosing to over work you.
If you're lucky enough to have a good relationship with your manager and your colleagues, like myself, you'll be fine. I met many new friends working for Everyone Active.
Your hard work isn't always brought to light. For example, staying after hours will not be recognized.
Everyone Active seem to drain the life out of majority of their work force(all departments). Bringing me back to my first point, the atmosphere tended to show this on a regular basis.
There are definite perks and incentives to hitting targets, but for the hours put in leading to sacrificing a social life, the salary wasn't good enough/worth it.
All in all, some very kind people at this company. New skills to progress into a new type of job/career.
