Typical day at work: Tolerating insults and gossip. ETS Culture: place blame elsewhere, so we don't have to address the problem ourselves.
What I learned: Inter-office gossip is valued over actual job performance. Important procedures to do your job correctly are based on tribal knowledge.
Management: Located in another state.
Co-workers: Not college – more... educated. Non-professional. Tribal attitudes.
Hardest part of the job: Tolerating the negative environment and the cronyism left over from the mom & pop company, Austin Acoustics.
Most enjoyable part: None – less

There is nothing exciting about this place. Never try to fix or improve anything in there. Otherwise you will get in troubles. Problems get covered up, management is extremely arrogant, politics is first, people are the last.
Co-workers are good people as everywhere but senior management drives this company down. Poor people who work for the poor managers.

Working in a10 bed crisis stabilization unit. Admitting discharging, treating evaluating pts. Finding recorces.

I loved working and ETS-LINDGREN..It taught me alot of values as far as work ethic, it was a smooth going job and the enviroment was a wonderful place. I must say that I had one of the greatest bosses ever, my reason for leaving was because of my moving situation but I loved it.

If they call you for a job, TAKE IT :) Great staff, wonderful pay.

Place orders, answer phones, prepare salon layouts, file claims

Love the job, just have to be able to deal with some critisum wich is not a big deal they just push you to ur abilities. A job I with I still had.

Management wasn't all that great which made each day different. Co-workers were very selfish not willing to help each other out. Hardest part of job was dealing with supervisor.

Overall the company was good. However, the management was not what I thought it should be. They were inconsistent with company policy.

i really hit the sky here. commission job, based on customer phone sales. I had great repore" with all of my clients that depended on me. I love that they would wait til i was back from vacation to order. fun atmosphere, management was very family oriented. worked great hours 7 am til 4 pm. could raise my 4 kids comfortable

A day at Ets mornings very easy work, employee give work to client.Starting after lunch its very business work. Co workers were very easy to get alone with. The hardest work of the job was watch all clients alone. The most enjoyable part was having co workers and management who were very friendly, easy to get alone with.

A day at Popeyes is slow work from 4:00 to 6:00, so manger have employee for things to do.Starting at 7:00 its very business and fast pace work. Co workers were very easy to get alone with.
