Deloitte is a very interesting place to work and has helped me gain a lot of experience. My confidence has grown through the level of client interactions and the business is very supporting towards your studies and development.

I liked working here, I like the culture, the opportunities, they provide a lot of training. I like the international travel, the high level clients and the fact I was in consulting and saw many different and interesting projects.

I am current working the night shift for Deloitte in the London Office on a Banking Project. While the hours are long and it can be high pressure i believe the professional environment has helped me grow and become more adaptable in my working life. I am also fortunate to be surround with helpful co-works and a very strong management chain (Team Leader up to Senior Ops).
HR Advisor (Former Employee) – London, Greater London – 26 September 2017
Productive, corporate and busy workplace. Management was good at helping you progress dependent on which team you are in, as in any company. Workplace culture moved towards an agile working approach which is working well for flexible working on an informal basis.
Strategy Analyst (Current Employee) – London, Greater London – 6 September 2017
The work in Monitor - the strategy practice - is interesting and (in contrast to much of what MBB do) actually strategy work. My teams have all been great and I was allowed a surprising degree of autonomy from early on to develop professionally. While the pay is a bit low compared to the strat houses and other Big 4 embedded strategy practices (e.g. PWC's Stragey&), it has been a good place to start my career.
Fast advancement for graduates, interesting work, great teams
Consultant (Current Employee) – London – 6 September 2017
A typical day is impossible to describe. Each client and challenge is unique, and the company is there to support you throughout.
Some clients may only need a 9 to 5. Others may request all-nighters for a few weeks - which Deloitte will reimburse as lieu days. Learning and development is always promoted, and most partners and senior managers have their doors open to discuss your career progression.
Overall, I would definitely recommend applying to Deloitte if you are early in your career.
Learning support, dedicated support network, substantial amount of knowledge exchange
Internal politics, questionable benefit system for the senior teams
