I have learned so much from working in building cleaning and especially how to be more assertive, my job role meant you have to make important decisions and gave me great training opportunities. I would leave around 6.30am to visit cleaners on site spend time there with them doing various duties then go into the office to cover any sickness, order stock – more... and deal with any complaints or issues along with many other things. I enjoyed working with many different people as well as being a supervisor you learn to listen to people and understand and also become a friend that staff know they can always come to. The job was challenging at times but enjoyable and we all had a good working relationship. – less

every day is differant is hard work but rewarding every day you learn somethink new the hardest part of the job is loseing a child the most enjoyable part of the job is the child saying a new word or doing a new task or just a smile

Whilst working at the council for the Economy and Community Department my duties included:

Reception duty meeting and greeting staff and visitors

Typing letters and evaluation reports

Emailing and telephoning clients

Archiving files and general administration duties

From the day one of joing at council was like a dream come true as not only the atmosphere was good but everyone i worked were quite helpful and easy to work with .It was different working in government organisation than working in a private sector.
Only difficult part of the job was first month, as i didnt had any handovaer as my predecessor left before – more... me so i have to learn everything on my own.But after going through all the work and background information and meeting with different departments heads, made my job little easier.
Most enjoyable part was learning process as everday i learnt new things on this post. – less
