A lot of work in a fun environment but not a great use of their company's payroll. Not a lot of time to get projects done but more payroll is spent on coverage that isn't always necessary.

Its alot of hard work for little reward but that is how retail goes. If you happen to work in a high volume store get ready for alooot of shipment that needs to be out while balancing everything else they throw at you. Store changes markdowns and big sales happen monthly sometimes weekly and it needs to be as accurate as possible, it is also subject – more... to change based on the whims of your district manager.
