Sales (Current Employee) –  North West11 January 2018
Good support from team in my area and the rest of the country is starting to work together better.
Still a lot of improvements needed but company is certainly heading in the right direction.
Communication could be better with other departments but generally employ decent people.
Pros
Good perks, my team and depot
Cons
Communication

Too many changes
Credit Controller (Former Employee) –  Larbert15 October 2017
Was a great place to work however far too many changes.
Processes/People don't seem to get time to bed in before they change setup again.
They need to listen to the staff, these are the people doing the job day in day out and some have great ideas.
They know there are problems but want to deal with the easy things and leave the important thus pushing people to get fed up and leave.
Also too many differences in staff benefits dependant on level, position and work location.
Pros
close to home
Cons
inconsistanty in treatment of staff

Would have preferred to be employed on a perm basis. However it is a seasonal product so they do not commit to employing the same amount of staff all year round.

Area Operations Manager (Former Employee) –  South West10 April 2017
If can afford to avoid, please do so.
Bullyish upper management unless you have a 'brown nose'.
Very poor ongoing training or any support, except one very helpful AoM.
Very good at loosing emails on intranet hence suggest always bcc. to a private address in case needed, along with any overtime worked.
Always watch your back!

Salary
Cons
Expected to work over contracted hours

Team manager competed daily with her team.

Team manager set targets, stole sales from staff off sick.

Margin driven, poor customers paid hiked up prices.
Manager aware she was ripping off clients.
Pros
Pay is good

No praise for ripping clients off.

Sales (Former Employee) –  South West7 December 2016
Extract most margin possible out of customers - particularly Domestic and move on without a thought of future consequences!

Bullying management out for themselves often working against each other for their individual gains!

Good staff soon work this out and if they have any sense will move on.
Pros
Salary
Cons
Poor management - lack of customer service

Class 2 Fuel Tanker Driver (Former Employee) –  West Thurrock and South Stifford1 December 2016
not particularly difficult. delivery of fuel to homes, commercial properties and stations. Fairly straight forward if you are left alone.
Management is woeful with a childish attitude, who are certainly on the take. if your face doesn't fit don't expect to be there to long, they have a large turn around of drivers. So be warned ( West Thurrock )

Fuel Card Sales Account Manager (Current Employee) –  Trafford Park Manchester20 September 2015
I started with the company as a temp doing a data cleanse campaign initially. After 6 months i was taken on to launch a new web site for customers to place orders.
There was a lot of change in the 2 years that i worked for the company with new challenges every 3 to 4 months.
Due to these changes I was put into a position that I was not ready for and have decided to move on and progress my career
Pros
Good hours and close to home
Cons
To much change to quickly with no clear view on end goal

Sales (Former Employee) –  East Anglia9 June 2015
Don't get me wrong If your face fits you will go far, however its apparent there are some people who can do no wrong and no matter how they treat you this will be over looked as they are the golden employee.

Money is good for this area of the country and commission can pay well if you have a good month. other than that I would not recommend.
Pros
good money for area
Cons
Buy up smaller companies and then turf you out, runs by if your face fits mentality.
