Class 2 Driver (Former Employee) – Aberdeen – 23 November 2017
absolutely awful attitude - attended interview and told did very well during that - however never heard a thing back from them, if this s the way they treat you when trying to hire you think it was a good thing a position was not offered
N/A (Former Employee) – Castleford, West Yorkshire – 26 July 2017
Quite possibly the worst company i have ever had the displeasure to work for. Although my fellow work mates were a delight to work with, the business itself is "run" in an extremely shoddy manner with no one actually inspiring confidence that they know what they are doing. The way the staff are treated is appalling with a culture "managing people out" (bullying) if the face does not fit. The salary paid was well below the industry standards with very little chance of a payrise.
Regional Operations Manager (Current Employee) – England – 6 June 2015
unfortunately the company places profits before its dedicated employees. A day of over 12 hours is not unusual for depot/regional managers. Unattainable sales targets. co workers have no trust in management and the next phase of redundancies is always on the horizon. Consequently NOT an employer of choice. Avoid at all costs if you are looking for a career in the oil/energy industry.
