A good place to work with an excellent environment. Worked with great and hard working co-workers. The hardest part of the job was making sure that the tenants of the building were satisfied with the work done.

Cashier (Former Employee), Sacramento, CA – April 20, 2013
Working with CCS was amazing, i had the chance to meet new people and see how people fashion changed and how people fashion kinda matched one another, i got to know more about fashion apposed to just standing around, i had the chance to move around and get to do alittle cashier work as well. The hard part about the day was closing, i enjoyed closing – more... but not as much as opening the store. – less

Pros: able to get an overview of what to expect with tourists
Cons: pay
you get the chance to interact with cruise ship passengers from around the world. your job gives you the experience within the tourist industry and its also a training ground for less experienced youth. it also provides confidence boosting.

Coordinator and Customer Care Specialist (Former Employee), Bacolod and Manila – February 4, 2013
Pros: free transportations, free coffe, allowances of foods and lodging and most especially health insurance
Cons: long hours, traffic, force overtime
I have a flexible time to work, depending on our monthly schedule.Being an ibmer I learned how to value customers and managed time .I learned that working is not just for the salary but most important is for the welfare of other people. In terms of the management I did received good compensation. We did have our allowances and incentives, namely; food allowance, – more... transportation allowance laundry and lodging allowances. On the other hand,in terms of my co workers relationship,we did have this what we called close co worker ties,we did bond at the pantry drinking some coffee and have a little bit conversation in terms of our progress in the company.
Moreover, speaking about the hardest part of my job ,it's when I need to backup my co employee since he's absent due to fever.so being a coordinator, I need to check each technicians with regards to their individual schedules and daily work. But by god's grace accompanied by passion and patience to work , i made it.I finished working their schedules at a given time.So as a conclusion,if there is a hardest part of my job there is also the most enjoyable part of my job,and that is every time I resolved their own concerns. – less

Fun place to work with great people.
Sales Associate (Former Employee), Austin, TX – January 22, 2013
Cons: standing for most part of workday
Typical day of work included helping customers find shoes, cashier duties, end of day clean up and store maintenance. Learned the ins and outs of shoe store retail. Management was great and co-workers all got along. Hardest part of the job was just standing for hours, but the most enjoyable part was being able to interact with customers and co-workers.

Medical Assistant (Former Employee), Las Vegas – October 16, 2012
Pros: free lunches and friendly staff
Cons: short unpaid breaks
Mondays are really busy, typically a lot is done during the day. While working there I learned how to correctly manage time and help others when needed. Management was very helpful at times when help was needed. My co-workers were some of the most friendly people I have ever met. The hardest part of the job was getting into the units when they were – more... really busy and only guarded by one person. The most enjoyable part of the job was being able to use the skills that I learned as an M.A. and learning from experience. – less

Customer Service Rep (Former Employee), Lowell, MA – June 26, 2012
Pros: casual wear. jeans, sneakers etc.
Cons: short lunches and pay cut
I would come in at 6:40am to get ready and start my work day at 7am. I would answer calls for those customers who had questions or concerns or even wanted to make payments. I learned alot in that process. The main thing I learned was how to have better customer service communication. The management at the workplace was very helpful. My co-workers were – more... the best. The most hardest part of the job was maintaining my attitude when customers would try and work my nerves. Another thing I learned was even if they were mistreating you talking to them with patience and a lot of respect and smiling would change their tone and how they were talking to you. And the best part of this job was being able to give customer SATISFACTION. My customers were well taken care of when dealing with me. – less

No Back Bone
Lead Closed Loop Operator (Former Employee), Watsontown, PA – March 30, 2012
Pros: money security
Cons: hours attitude
Altho the work at CCS is simple and the money is great, your supervisors and managers will let you take the fall on everything. They will let you get thrown under the bus and let you be haressed by 3rd party contractors. They do not keep their word on raises and look out only for themselves. You work way to much in the middle of nowhere with attitude – more... from your employer as well as 3rd party contractors – less
