A typical day is non stop from start to finish, your hands on from the get go,
I learned how to cope in different circumstances.
The management are supportive.
The workers are great to get along with and very supportive.
The hardest part of the job is the death of a resident, your not supposed to become attached but it's very hard not to.
The most enjoyable part of the job is seeing the residents happy and having fun, and spending time with them to listen to what they want to say.
