i did work for this company and they were very nice at the start got stroppy with me haven took a couple of days off over 4 wks due to my son being profoundly deaf and i had the cold . I the head one phones me to say sorry we dont need you anymore you,ve had to many days off so i said i will go out to the school and speak to the head cleaner in a nice – more... way and ask what i did wrong and that kxx replys you cant go near th school i said yes a can ma son goes to that school she then tells me if i do go out shes putting the school on security alert and not to let me in i replyed we dont live in glasgow dear get a grip you idiot she put the phone down lol anyway shes isnt good at her job a could do it better all she is good at is bein a phone gangster and a pen pusher live in the real world darling much love xxxx – less

phone you up to start shhifts 2 hours before a shift totally useless unless you sit in the house 24 hours a day and have no other family commitments

you are kept going which is a good thing ive been trained up on a number of things & my bosses are very helpfull & understanding aslso my co workers are very hands on when help is needed there is always hard bits to your jobbut with co workers we alldig in & make sure we help each other having a job is the most enjoyable part of my job as well as being – more... able through training to do the job to a very good standard – less

Every day is a new/different day in my workplace. I deal with management in the morning to find out what the tasks are for the day, I then work alongside my colleagues and work as a team. I have been a scaffolder for over 10 years and I still learn something new every day. The hardest part of the job is the physical effort that is envolved in scaffolding – more... and the most enjoyable part of the job is to see that it has been finished correctly and on time. – less
