I gained great experience working with the mentally ill. Learned how to deal with difficult clients and gained the knowledge of substance abuse. Along with crisis intervention and prevention.

During my employment, the management is horrible, their has been a big turnover of superviors and case manager at the program. Their is no structure, organization or consideration. The HomePlus program I would not recommend to anyone. Overall, other BRC programs may be a better work enviornment.

Great, relaxed place to work if you are into sports, sports marketing and event planning.

I worked with community leaders, program and agency promoting the agency behavioral science products.
I learned that not all children respond very well to love care and understanding initially. But with reinforcement and consistency of positive attention tremendous progress can be realized.
Management lack good communication skills, exhibited poor team – more... building skills.
Co-workers exhibited lack of trust with management and staff. They provided good service to the clients. Also, they were able to keep the organization internal problems out of the public.
The hardest part of the job was traveling. The agency did not allow air travel to do business. It was difficult to drive 12 hours to get to a venue and to market the program without sufficient rest.
I enjoyed meeting new people from public and private profit and non profit organizations and agencies collaborating and sharing information on how to best serve the clients. – less

Great job and career. The retirement plan is second to none and need to not pay for any equipment needed to complete the job.
