You couldn’t of asked for a better team to work with. Bourne of leisure is a brilliant company that brought me a long way from being a waitress to running the big bar on the site where I had to meet and greet guests and make sure they get 100% from my team.

Typical day would be accessing the job from the control TV located in the office, these jobs are logged either with Owners or from the main Reception. Could also be Holiday makers as well. Allocating the correct engineer to attend the job could be Maintenance, Electrician, Plumber of Gas engineer. They have to report on the fault this could be referred back to Manufacturer if still under warranty or we have to contact the Owner with a cost price for them to approve.

Contact Centre Advisor (Former Employee) – Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire – 3 November 2017
Bourne Leisure is a fun place to work. There were always incentives to make you work harder and reach targets. Having to speak to people on the phone and making their day when you book their holidays was rewarding.
Electrician (Current Employee) – Minehead, Somerset – 25 October 2017
Butlins is a good place to work if you're lazy and don't wanna too further your skills. The money is terrible along with the management and organisation and the hours are very u sociable. I would avoid working for Butlins (Bourne Lesuire) if you want a steady pay check.
You get 20% off in shops on site (even though shops are 20% more expensive than anywhere off site)
Unsocialble hours, awful money, management are useless, very unsociable hours.
